A modern technological park and a team of qualified specialists ensure that Curtis Health Caps provides contract manufacturing of soft capsules at the highest level. Our capsules are produced using the matrix method, employing odourless, tasteless gelatin that is neutral to the body – bovine, porcine, or fish-based (depending on the expectations and needs of our clients). In addition to “classic” capsules, we also offer lozenge or chewable capsules, which are produced using a special gelatin blend. With an efficiently functioning control system, we eliminate any deviations, delivering products to our partners that meet strict quality standards. The encapsulation process in our factories follows strict guidelines (including GMP, BRC), in compliance with applicable national and international law (EU).
