History

Curtis Health Caps has been around for over three decades – during our thirty years in the Polish and international markets, we have earned a reputation as a reliable partner in the pharmaceutical industry.

1989
Manufacture and sale of medicinal products and dietary supplements in tablet form. Proprietary product portfolio under Curtis Healthcare.
2008
Start of production of soft gelatine capsules.
2010
Selling own brands. Opening of a new production facility in Wysogotowo under the name Curtis Health Caps. Change of business profile to contract manufacturing.
2013
Expansion into new international markets. Increased sales and production and an intensive investment process in machinery. GMP-certified soft capsules.
2014
service. Expanding the portfolio of packaged products. The establishment of research, development and analysis facilities provides a comprehensive service from idea to finished product.
2016
Implementation of a modern contract manufacturing system for non-sterile liquid preparations + introduction of a storage service. Increasing the share of further medicinal products and medical devices in the portfolio. Obtaining BRC certification.
2018
Curtis Health Caps has converted from the legal form of a limited liability company to a public limited company.
2020/2021
Curtis Health Caps has converted from the legal form of a limited liability company to a public limited company.

Zbigniew Niemczycki CHCZbigniew Niemczycki

The founder of Curtis Group, which includes Curtis Health Caps S.A., is a Polish entrepreneur who has successfully operated in various sectors – not only in pharmaceuticals but also in real estate, hospitality, and aviation. He is also the founder of the Polish Eagles Foundation.
He has served as Chairman of the Board for 35 years. For the past few years, his sons, Michał and Mikołaj Niemczycki, have also taken over some of the responsibilities. The whole family is actively involved in the company’s activities, and with the experience they have gained in various fields, they are constantly developing CHC.

 

Anna Michalak CHCAnna Michalak

She has been with Curtis Health Caps S.A. for over 11 years, starting as the Head of Research and Development. She is currently the Director of Product Development and Quality and a Member of the Management Board. Thanks to her many years of experience and commitment, she contributes to the continuous growth of the company. Her professionalism and passion for her work are key elements of Curtis Health Caps S.A.’s success.

Małgorzata Rogalewicz

A Member of the Management Board of CHC with over 20 years of experience in finance, controlling, and accounting. In the past, she managed the finance and accounting, purchasing and IT departments. In 2024, she took up the position of Chief Financial Officer, where she has consistently contributed to the company’s dynamic growth.
